In-Home Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Tampa Bay
Supporting Sensory, Motor, and Feeding Skills for Everyday Function
When it comes to supporting children with sensory, motor, or emotional challenges, progress isn’t always flashy.
It’s a child zipping their coat for the first time, or the meltdown that doesn’t happen.
It’s a smoother school drop-off, a better bedtime, or a more relaxed dinner.
At Everyday Progress, we believe those everyday moments matter. That’s why we provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy that’s grounded in your child’s needs, your family’s rhythms, and meaningful goals that translate into confidence and independence.
Why Everyday Progress Is Different: Pediatric OT Designed for Real Life

Our name, Everyday Progress, reflects a shift in both our identity and perspective. Formerly known as Play. Eat. Thrive., our name change speaks to our commitment to helping parents reframe progress—not as perfection, but as steady, meaningful growth built on glimmers: those small, powerful moments of hope and connection that light the path forward.
We believe that you don’t need pressure to get it all right: You need support for the day-to-day moments that matter for you and your child. That’s why Everyday Progress’s work is rooted in real homes and routines and fostered through strong, trusted relationships between parent, child, and provider.
Whether we’re helping a child build strength, confidence, or flexibility, we’re always looking for what’s working, not just what’s “missing.” That shift makes all the difference—for both your child’s skill-building and your confidence in what’s possible!

Meet Colleen Blazina,
Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Tampa Bay
Hi, my name is Colleen! I'm a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who was raised in the Tampa Bay area. I've been working with children since 2011 and have had the opportunity to support pediatric developmental needs across a wide range of diagnoses, leading to measurable progress in motor skills, sensory regulation, and my passion—feeding therapy.
I've completed Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) and AEIOU trainings—continuing education that focuses on comprehensive, systematic approaches to assess and treat the whole child in pediatric feeding therapy. I hold a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree, and I am a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
I started Everyday Progress because I wanted to bring therapy back into the spaces that matter most: the kitchen table, the classroom, the bedtime routine, and the family dynamic. I believe the best results happen when kids feel safe, parents feel empowered, and therapy fits into—not around—your life.
In my practice, I'm committed to creating meaningful change for each client and family through customized plans and a hands-on, in-depth, personal approach. When I’m not working with families, I enjoy time with my own. You might also find me unwinding with a yoga session or experimenting with a new sourdough recipe—simple joys that keep me balanced and inspired to support the families I serve.
As a parent, I know how easy it is to feel like you’re getting it wrong, even when you’re doing everything you can. You’re not alone—and you deserve support as you navigate your child’s developmental needs.
Everyday Progress is here to give you practical guidance, compassionate care, and a path forward that fits your family.
Our Values: How We Deliver Family-Centered Pediatric OT

Connection
Connection over perfection.
We believe strong, trusting relationships are the foundation for growth, and we build our work around that connection from day one.

Support
Care that starts with the caregiver.
Parents and caregivers are the heartbeat of every child’s success. We coach, equip, and support you every step of the way.

Functionality
Practical support, real results.
We focus on skills that matter in your actual life—like getting dressed, managing transitions, or surviving dinner.

Consistency
Progress that sticks.
Therapy shouldn’t be limited to a clinic. We bring strategies into your daily routines so they last beyond our sessions.
